Miranda is the Clinical Director of The Canmore Clinic and has specialised in aesthetic medicine since 2007. She qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1996 and worked in NHS and private hospitals in London before specialising in aesthetics.

Will my face look frozen or unnatural?
Not at all. We aim for subtle, balanced results that soften lines without taking away your natural expression. We'll talk through how much movement you'd like to keep at your consultation.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel only mild discomfort, often described as a quick scratch. The treatment itself takes around 20 minutes.
How soon will I see a difference?
Changes usually begin to show within 3 to 5 days, with the full result visible at around 10 to 14 days.
How long do results last?
Results typically last around 3 months. It varies from person to person, and many people choose to return for further treatment to maintain their result.
Is there any downtime?
No. You can return to your usual activities straight away. We'll give you simple aftercare advice to follow for the rest of the day.
Why do I need a consultation first?
Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine, so it has to be prescribed after a face-to-face assessment by a qualified prescriber. Your consultation covers your medical history, whether the treatment is suitable for you and what result you're looking for.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Certain medical conditions and medicines, and pregnancy or breastfeeding, can mean treatment isn't appropriate. We'll check all of this at your consultation and, if it isn't right for you, we'll say so.
How much does it cost?
One area is from £195, two areas from £255 and three areas from £310. Jaw slimming, teeth grinding and other areas are priced at consultation. Your fee is always confirmed before treatment.
